Iris Parshley is a Project Specialist at the Center for Global Health and Social Responsibility (CGHSR). Her work supports the education, research and evaluation teams at the Center.

Iris studied Chinese and Public Health at Macalester College in St. Paul for her undergraduate degree and later received a Master's of Global Health from Duke University. Before working at CGHSR, Iris served as the Program Manager and Executive Director for the Childhood Cancer and Leukemia International Consortium (CLIC, clic.ngo) and has a background in research and working with international teams on global health research. With CLIC, she helped plan two international conferences, run annual social media fundraising campaigns, and manage ongoing projects for large-scale genomics, epidemiological and environmental research.

Iris lives in St. Paul and enjoys biking, crochet, and dragon boat. For vacations, she likes traveling on road trips or internationally with friends and family.
