Fall Information Session – India: Global Health, Globalization and Leadership Course
Join a dynamic, interdisciplinary group of learners for India: Global Health, Globalization and Leadership (GHSR 6715). This winter break course in Mysore, India will explore health, health care delivery, and social determinants in the context of globalization in India.
- Learn with peers through classroom-based activities from local Indian faculty and healthcare providers
- Explore Mysore with guided site visits to health care facilities, cultural sites, and community locations
- Gain leadership skills needed in the fields of global health and development

This course is open to UMN graduate and professional students for credit (GHSR 6715, 3 cr.) as well as UMN alumni and community learners for non-credit enrollment. Past cohorts have included students from public health, medicine, public policy, education, social work, and more. The course takes place December 29, 2022 – January 14, 2023.
