Applications are now being accepted for Fogarty Global Health Fellows for 12-month fellowships beginning in July 2019. These research fellowships are focused on critical, inter-related areas of health in low-income countries and provide outstanding opportunities for highly motivated doctoral students and postdocs to experience research training at top-ranked, NIH-funded research centers in locations including Thailand, India, Peru, Cameroon, Ghana, Kenya and Uganda. Learn about global health in India this winter! CGHSR announces its second offering of the Global Health, Globalization and Leadership Course in Mysore, India. In this immersive 3 week experience, participants will learn about health in the Indian context, including methods of healthcare delivery, public health infrastructure, and the influence of social determinants. Offered in partnership with the Vivekananda Institute of Indian Studies (VIIS), an SVYM initiative.
