The Center for Global Health and Social Responsibility has joined the Consortium on Law and Values in Health, Environment & the Life Sciences.

Joining the Consortium represents an opportunity for CGHSR to continue its collaboration with life sciences schools, colleges and centers across the university. It will also allow CGHSR to develop new partnerships with existing Consortium members.

The Consortium connects the interdisciplinary skill and scholarship of its member centers to conduct original research, serve students and faculty and advance public dialogue on issues at the intersection of science and society.

“We are thrilled to join the Consortium on Law and Values in Health, Environment & the Life Sciences. This is an opportunity to strengthen existing partnerships with like-minded units at the university and establish new collaborations that will advance sustainable, equitable global health,” said CGHSR Executive Director Shailey Prasad, MD, MPH.

Becoming a member of the Consortium allows CGHSR and other member centers to establish an interdisciplinary, cross-campus collaboration that benefits students, faculty, staff and the general public.
