Global Women's Health Sites

Our Global Women's Health Initiative works with partners around the world to advance sustainable, equitable health for women and girls. 

These global partnerships aim to build capacity and create long-term solutions related to access to, and quality of, women's health care.

Ethiopia 

We partner with Mekelle University College of Health Sciences and Hamlin Fistula Ethiopia to offer an OBGYN fellowship program that ensures local healthcare practitioners have what they need to adequately treat conditions like obstetric fistula, pelvic prolapse and incontinence.

Rwanda 

We partner with the University of Rwanda to develop joint research and education activities related to the advancement of Global Women's Health.

Ghana 

The Center for Global Health and Social Responsibility (CGHSR) partners with the Medical and Surgical Skills Institute (MSSI) to provide educational resources related to surgical care in West Africa. Our Global Women's Health Initiative has partnered with MSSI to provide obstetric fistula training to local OBGYNs.
