Doris Duke International Clinical Research Fellowships

Medical students who are interested in a global health research career are encouraged to apply for this outstanding opportunity to conduct a year of clinical research abroad through the ICRF Program at the University of Minnesota. The fellowships will provide financial and mentored support for medical students to complete a year of clinical research with University of Minnesota researchers and their collaborators at partner sites in Uganda or Kenya.

Fogarty Global Health Fellows

These fellowships provide outstanding opportunities for highly motivated individuals to experience mentored research training at top-ranked, NIH-funded research centers in East Africa. Each year the fellowships begin with an intensive orientation program in July, followed by 11 months of mentored clinical research training at international partner institutions.

ICGC Fellowships

The Interdisciplinary Center for the Study of Global Change (ICGC) offers fellowships that provide financial support for graduate students at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities. Nominees should have backgrounds and interests that identify them as outstanding students who are clearly committed to the interdisciplinary study of the global south in the context of global change.

Interdisciplinary Doctoral Fellowship

Global Health Corps Fellowships

Grand Challenge Research Exploratory Grants
