Global Health Day 2020: The Future of Global Research Training

Online
Global Health Day

To recognize and celebrate the amazing achievements in global health work at the University of Minnesota, the Center for Global Health and Social Responsibility hosts a Global Health Day in early spring of every year. During the event, students, staff, and faculty from a wide variety of schools and colleges, areas of study, perspectives, and diverse identities showcase their work, attend the event, or present on major global health issues.

We invite you to attend and celebrate with us during our annual Global Health Day event on October 3, 2020. Due to the current COVID-19 situation, we have changed up the format a bit this year. Leading up to the main event, we will be hosting a virtual Global Health Poster Showcase to feature the important and varied global health research and work done by University of Minnesota students. We will also be celebrating the Center for Global Health and Social Responsibility's 10 years of impactful global health work around the world. As part of the Global Health Day event on the morning of Saturday, October 3, we will feature researchers and practitioners that have dedicated their work to the Center's vision: Sustainable, equitable health globally. We hope to see you there.
