Our Global Health Case Competition is a unique opportunity for graduate and undergraduate students from multiple schools and disciplines to come together to develop innovative solutions for 21st century global health issues. 

Join us for an information session on our Global Health Case Competition to hear more about the competition and its learning objectives. A former case competition winner will also be at the session to speak to their experience taking part in the event.

Anyone interested in participating in the Global Health Case Competition is welcome to attend!

The Global Health Case Competition is open to graduate, professional and upper-level undergraduate students, as well as residents and postdoctoral fellows. Participants from any college or school at the University of Minnesota are eligible to take part in the competition.

About the Global Health Case Competition 

CGHSR’s Global Health Case Competition is an interprofessional student learning competition for students to gain simulated professional experience while building a network of interdisciplinary students that will soon become their colleagues. The competition features teams comprised of 4 to 6 students from three or more UMN schools.

The first place team wins a $3,000 cash prize and goes on to compete at the international competition at Emory University.
